Shipping Policies

Our primary shipping method is UPS ground. Rates are automatically calculated in the checkout process. All shipping rates are calculated by UPS tables. Please allow 1-5 business days for UPS ground delivery. Deliveries can not be made to P.O. boxes. We do not ship outside of the US.

Because of the summer heat, we are not able to ship chocolates starting in May. We will resume shipping chocolates in October.

Orders placed on Fridays & Weekends will not be processed until Monday. Orders placed on Holidays will not ship until next business day. Your order will ship after it is processed, which can be up to 3 days from the time you order, depending on when (what time of day) the order was placed, and our existing obligations. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for processing during the busy holiday months.

Be sure to give us the complete shipping address. If UPS determines they need an “Address Correction” in order to deliver your package, you will be charged an “Address Correction” fee. To avoid this charge, PLEASE be sure to give us the complete billing address information, including Suite, Apartment, Floor, etc
